1. I think you'll find nothing much has changed with the Senior and middle management of CfBT. They have themselves a bad name with their employees and don't seem to be motivated to change it. Sit down and shut up is the order of the day! No doubt the teachers on the ground are doing a great job, but management really couldn't care less. If they're almost at the end of their first 3 years, it's unlikely this image will change. I wonder if ADEC will even bother about considering the company as a prospective PPP in the next round of applications???
2. The top two at CfBT are now gone but still very negative reports. This years Assistant Director (MOD edit) is toxic.
I have never worked for an organization that treats its staff so negatively. I moved to another organization, it's just so much better. Treated like a professional, successful ideas are shared. Group consensus is sought. Top management is accessible and willing to listen.
CfBT was the worst employer I have ever had! They were truly a nightmare.
